It's okay to be lazy

Yes, you heard me right.

It's okay to be lazy, and I am going to tell you why.

You must have seen tens of videos on YouTube about how to be better than others.

You can find many videos on YouTube such as "How to be in the top 1%." I bet most YouTubers have no idea what they're talking about. They make you feel worthless if you don't do what they're doing. The glorification of endless labour overshadows value in this capitalist social structure.

In this hyper-individualistic world, we've forgotten our humanity: community. Competition seems like a norm in today's world. You're vying with friends, colleagues, coworkers, and strangers in every encounter. The competition has blinded us so much that we don't see a world beyond it.

Ask yourself, what do you want? Do you want to conform to popular trends and find eventual delight? Or do you want to live a life and enjoy it? If you pick the latter, then I'm here for you.

No one is always motivated. Some days I like not working. We yield sometimes; it's all right afterwards. It's essential to remember that life is not a race, and everyone has their path and pace. Finding joy in the present can lead to a more fulfilling life. It is better than always wanting more. If people call you lazy for doing you, let them. Death awaits us all, regardless of our efforts or pace of life.
